netball training today.........
it was supposed to start at 2.00pm,but i didn't know about it so was late for it.run 10 rounds around the court yard,warm ups,up-down stairs 10 times,break!after that training,of course.i keep on missing the ball.haizz.....
after all the training must watch how the seniors play the game.we sat there for about an hour watching the seniors playing.quite boring......but today early release,6.00.normally is 6.30+ den release one.
